Processing

Orders placed before 2pm ET are picked the same business day. Everything else ships within 1–3 business days. We do not pick or ship on weekends or US public holidays.

Delivery times — United States

Standard delivery takes 6–14 business days from dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is a flat $4.00. Shipping is free on every order over $75, which covers the 3-bottle and 5-bottle bundles, and on every Subscribe & Save order.

Tracking

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan. If nothing has moved after 5 business days, write to contact@novelys.co with your order number and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address; a second shipping fee applies.

Lost parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we reship it at our expense or refund it in full — your choice.
