90-day money-back guarantee

You have 90 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a refund. Not 30. Ninety. Eye nutrients build up slowly, and we would rather you had the time to judge honestly.

How it works

Email contact@novelys.co with your order number and tell us it did not work for you. We answer within 24–48 hours on business days and send you a return address.

Send back whatever is left — opened bottles and empty bottles are both fine. Once the parcel is on its way, we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded, and return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Check your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full, return postage included.

Items we cannot take back

Gift cards and any item that has been tampered with in a way that makes it unsafe to handle.

Cancelling an order

Orders are picked quickly. If you need to cancel, write to us within 2 hours of ordering and we will stop the parcel if it has not already left our warehouse.

Refund timing

Once we have approved your refund, your bank or card issuer may take a further 3–10 business days to show the money in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since our confirmation, write to us and we will chase it.
