Track your order
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you receive an email with a tracking link. Check your spam folder if you cannot find it — it arrives from the carrier, not from us.
Nothing has moved yet
Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan, and orders placed after 2pm ET or on a weekend leave the next business day. Delivery inside the United States takes 6 to 14 business days from dispatch.
Still nothing after five business days
Write to contact@novelys.co with your order number. We open an inquiry with the carrier and come back to you within 24–48 hours on business days.
If a parcel is lost
When the carrier confirms a parcel is lost, we reship it at our expense or refund it in full — your choice.
